Game prototype

It's a little prototype for my game. I want feedback on the concept and core mechanics of the game. Note: The game is very clunky, and some mechanics do not feel great. Additionally, I did some hacky stuff for the enemies and the enemy waves (that will not be in the final game!!)

Controls:

A and D - to move left and right respectively

E - to gather resources

SPACE - jump (Press SPACE again to double jump)

Right click - break tiles

Left Click - place tiles when you have them equipped

Scroll wheel - switch between items in the inventory

C - open crafting mode

F - open the inventory

Left click when the inventory is open to select an item

Right click when the inventory is open to half an item stack

To use the furnace, place it, open the inventory and left click on coal or wood (fuel items) first and left click on the furnace, then left click on iron or sand and place it in the furnace and the items will be smelted. To get your fuel back, right click on the furnace.

Left click to shoot.

In crafting mode, click on the item you want to craft. The item will be crafted if you have the correct amount of materials needed.
